I was thoroughly impressed with the service at the hotel. The staff were attentive and were great too ensure my comfort. They even brought me coffee while I worked in the lobby and engaged in friendly conversation. The bar area was a great place to unwind in the evening, and I particularly enjoyed the billiard table in the entertainment section. The hotel's location was also ideal, being close to the city center and offering convenient parking options.

Organic and delicious breakfast, along with unique theater-style design and warm service. During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the beautiful lobby, bar, and breakfast room. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also loved the clean and spacious hotel room, with a great shower that provided a refreshing start to our day. the hotel's key location allowed us easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas.
the room we had was quite small and felt cramped, making it a bit challenging to maneuver around with our luggage.

We loved the trendy and stylish design of Ruby Leni Hotel. The interior and exterior were beautifully executed. Our room on the fourth floor was peaceful and quiet, with no noise from neighboring rooms. The rainfall shower head in the shower provided a luxurious experience, and the bed was comfy. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to Königsallee and the Christmas markets. Plus, there was a great breakfast place nearby.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the unique and stylish decor of the rooms and bar. The bar area provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a drink at reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet, although expensive, was excellent. The location of the hotel was very convenient, surrounded by coffee shops and a supermarket, yet still quiet.
We felt so well taken care of during our stay at Ruby Leni Hotel Dusseldorf. Nothing to complain about!
